Job Description

Portfolio and Pipeline:

• Evaluate new opportunities for addition into EMENA pipeline and propose and evaluate suitable opportunities for financial assessment via business cases (BC).

• Follow end to end Pre-PST process for EMENA Portfolio team.

• Deliver financial assessments for any new pipeline opportunities, completing BC's including NPV, IRR, Break Even, SWOT analysis plus competitive intelligence before selecting pipeline proposals for Pre-PST.

• Ensure site capability, capacity, batch size and MOQ's are considered as part of the BC.

• Drive project implementation for a new system supporting pipeline and project delivery incorporating integration of AI supported BCs (generics and speciality brands) and all EMENA Portfolio trackers.

• Incorporate life cycle management via Make It Better and COGs improvement requests within system build.

• Work cross functionally to ensure customer specification requirements are understood and met and incorporate them into the system, including identifying and addressing missing areas and shortfalls.

• Drive system project milestones, define timelines and track progress including challenging others and identifying when delays threaten project timelines, execution and delivery.

• Take ownership of existing system including deliverables in terms of maintenance, supporting stakeholder usage and transition from one system to another.

• Support with continuous process improvement in pipeline deliverables across indications/therapy areas

• Ensure systems are used, all trackers are updated correctly and all EMENA Portfolio team processes are followed, suggesting opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Maintain non-silo cross-functional working across full EMENA Portfolio team, assisting with ad-hoc requests and supporting Head of Portfolio EMENA to deliver world class Portfolio and Pipeline business.

Regulatory:

• Work cross functionally to understand system requirements from regulatory team and implement in system build, ensuring clear communication channels, project tracking and delivery of progress reports.

• Ensure any updates to regulatory new filing budget are communicated correctly/within timescales.

R&D:

• Work cross functionally to understand system requirements from R&D team and implement in system build, ensuring clear communication channels, project tracking and delivery of progress reports.

• Drive project milestones, define timelines, track and report progress of all generic pipeline products.

• Track, challenge and report when delays threaten project timelines, execution and delivery, utilizing RAG status for at risk projects and proposing solutions.

Cross Functional:

• Engage with multiple stakeholders regarding new system implementation, understand requirements and drive project.

• Deliver risk mitigation strategy for new system implementation and track and report on progress. • Deliver clear strategy for each new generic project utilizing qualitative BC feedback from countries regarding market access, stability and packaging requirements.

• Ensure all generic BCs are updated if less than 12 months to filing submission.

• Assist other EMENA Portfolio team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Support new verticals such as Animal Health and Plasma products.

• Deliver accurate completion of monthly EMENA Portfolio executive slides within agreed timescales.

Relevant Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience

• Substantial experience of 5 years + in EU and/or Global Pharmaceutical markets.

• Excellent record of working with and implementing new systems from external provider.

• A track record of accomplishments in Portfolio alongside Sales, Marketing or Launch Management at an operational and strategic level.

• Demonstrable evidence of project management including project lifecycle and requirements analysis.

• Ability to work in a multi-site, highly regulated and pressurized environment with colleagues at all levels.

• Excellent numerical skills with strong excel ability including multi source data consolidation, assessment, reporting and analytics.

• Strong written/oral communication skills with excellent PowerPoint ability and impactful presentation skills.
