Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Media Sales Professional with a strong specialization in the Real Estate advertising segment. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships with real estate developers and agencies, while delivering innovative, integrated media solutions across NKN Media platforms (Radio & Print), including IP-led sales, exhibitions, and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive advertising revenue from real estate developers and agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CXOs).
  • Conceptualize and sell integrated media solutions, including exhibitions, sponsorships, and IPs (Intellectual Properties) within the real estate segment.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across events, on-ground activations, and branded IPs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in media sales.
  • Mandatory experience handling Real Estate clients in Radio or Print media.
  • Strong experience in selling exhibitions, sponsorships, and IP-led solutions in the real estate category.
  • Strong existing network with real estate developers and agencies in NCR.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client servicing skills.
  • Solid understanding of real estate marketing cycles, project launches, and seasonal trends
