Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.

- Collaborate with internal departments to optimise cost control and efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Should have experience with Public fund raising.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AGM Finance/Head of Finance should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications like CA with 10 years of PQE
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards in India.
- Proven experience in the chemical industry or similar manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with stakeholder
