Job Description

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimise cost control and efficiency.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Should have experience with Public fund raising.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AGM Finance/Head of Finance should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications like CA with 10 years of PQE
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards in India.
Proven experience in the chemical industry or similar manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with stakeholder
