Job Description

Drive the development and continual improvement of a safety management system aligned with international standards, while fostering a strong safety culture.
Monitor and report safety, training, and occupational health metrics, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
Ensure sustained compliance with integrated management system certifications and lead related audits as the management representative.
Develop EHS training modules and support social impact initiatives through program design, coordination, and reporting.
Oversee ESG reporting aligned with regulatory and voluntary frameworks, manage governance processes, stay updated on global ESG trends, and deliver all responsibilities in alignment with ESG and EHS frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

Education:

Post‑graduation in safety or equivalent international certifications engineering background preferred. Experience or certification in ESG is an added advantage.

Work Experience:

12-15 years in occupational health and safety, ideally within real estate asset management, with exposure to ESG reporting and rating frameworks.

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation abilities proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint collaborative, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask driven to adopt global best practices capable of engaging stakeholders and achieving results.
