Heading Site Quality Activities, Inspection and audit of installation, erection and commissioning activities of Wind farm sites. Technical support to business development team.

Site Quality

§ Implementation of quality control plan requirements at different wind site.

§ Analysis of the Service & Commissioning Quality Assurance Systems regularly and making recommendation for improvements.

§ Conducting technical audits of Wind Energy Converters at various Wind sites.

§ Raising Non-Conformities, conducting RCA, CAPA and tracking closure of NCs for timely completion

§ Heading quality assurance efforts at sites for project development, installation and commissioning.

§ Quality Assurance of Civil foundation/ Electrical / Mechanical activities at site.

§ Facilitate handing over taking over between Infrastructure and O&M function.

§ % compliance with the site quality

Technical Support & Training

§ Technical support to business development team in new customer development.

§ Finalizing technical requirements with new customers like QAP, specification and procedures, packaging scheme and customer specific requirements

§ Capturing Customer requirement and coordination with manufacturing plant on implementing it in manufacturing process

§ Effective handling of customers at site

§ Technical training to site team on product handling, storage, damage handling and new customer requirements

§ Conduct trainings for the use of tools like Operating procedures, Specifications and QAP.

§ Nil customer complaints from site

§ Training man days per employee

People Management

§ Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

§ Close contact with members of the site team at all times

§ Employee satisfaction and morale levels

Compliance sustainability and integrity

§ Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement.

§ Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same.

§ Be responsible for ethical operation under his control.

§ Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation.

§ Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc.

§ To help define safety goals, develop implementation procedures, and ensure compliance for the company's safety programs.
