Roles & Responsibilities:

They are looking for an Agile Project Manager with Scrum Master to join their team and help us deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices, as well as experience with Scrum. They will also be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

With an unparalleled and disciplined approach to helping the team to deliver, coupled with a proactive attitude, you are willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong bias towards elegant and simple solutions that drive direct value to the users, are excited by zero to one projects, and can efficiently communicate findings to leadership. You will always look for a balance between fast delivery and building for scale.

• Plan, track, and manage Agile projects from start to finish
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Work with the product owner to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that the team is working on the right things
• Remove impediments to the team's progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure that the team meets quality standards

This Role Requires:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum
• Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and take ownership of the delivery of the team.

Desired Skills/Experience

• Project managing in a startup environment where applications are built from scratch.
• Proficiency or experience working in fast paced agency / SaaS applications
• Experience with cloud applications and testing
