Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies, selecting the right approach based on project needs.
  • Facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and focused.
  • Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and reports for client stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure integration and alignment between Agile team outputs and broader program or portfolio timelines.
  • Coordinate across distributed teams, ensuring collaboration between India and US-based counterparts.
  • Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are met and quality standards maintained.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to clarify scope, manage expectations, and address change requests.
  • Promote the use of industry best practices in both Agile and traditional delivery approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • 610 years of project management experience, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Jira Plans, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work onsite at client location in Hyderabad on a consistent basis.
  • Flexibility and commitment to working US hours to align with client teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders in a client-facing role.
  • Certification in Agile (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) and PMP preferred.
