Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Agile programs comprising multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies, strong program management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:Agile ExpertiseDemonstrate comprehensive understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Lead Agile ceremonies ensuring value-driven outcomes.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Utilize Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to manage programs and deliver incremental value across teams.
Program ManagementLead and coordinate large programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Drive program governance, ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Maintain program-level dashboards and report progress to leadership.
Foster cross-team collaboration and manage interdependencies effectively.
RAID Log Management & CommunicationOversee and manage the Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) log.
Ensure proactive identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
Facilitate transparent communication of RAID items to stakeholders.
Scrum Events FacilitationPlan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
Ensure team engagement, track progress, and remove impediments.
Promote accountability, ownership, and Agile mindset within teams.
PMO & Governance ResponsibilitiesProject / Initiative Tracking: Regularly track progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
Process Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and PMO documentation.
Knowledge Repository Management: Maintain project documentation (BRD, project charters, trackers, etc.) on SharePoint or designated repositories.
Financial Reporting: Track and report project financial health metrics.
Communication & Reporting: Ensure timely and effective stakeholder communication through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
58 years of experience in Agile Program Management, Scrum Mastery, or PMO roles.
Strong understanding of Scrum events, artifacts, and Agile metrics.
Hands-on experience managing RAID logs and project governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:Certified SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master certification.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience in financial tracking and project portfolio management.
Proven ability to manage enterprise-level Agile programs.
Preferred Qualification:
BE/ B. Tech/ PG/ MBA (Full time, no gap in education)
