Agile Coach

Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 11-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for leading the agile transformation of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization
• Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile best practices
• Lead Agile training sessions for teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and practices across the organization
• Monitor and report on Agile adoption and progress
• Continuously improve Agile processes and practices based on feedback and industry best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 11-12 years of experience in Agile Coaching or related roles
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Central
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
