Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 11-12 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for leading the agile transformation of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile best practices
- Lead Agile training sessions for teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Ensure consistent application of Agile principles and practices across the organization
- Monitor and report on Agile adoption and progress
- Continuously improve Agile processes and practices based on feedback and industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 11-12 years of experience in Agile Coaching or related roles
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Central
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
