Agentic AI Technical Lead

Experience Range

8-10 years

Primary (Must have skills)

- 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles

- 2-3 years of experience with AI/ML implementations, particularly Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi agent orchestration and LLMs

- 5+ years of experience in programming Python

- 2-3 years of experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar)

- 2-3 years of experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and vector databases

- 2-3 years of experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures

- 2-3 years of experience with CRM platform integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

- 3-5 years of experience with modern development frameworks and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Job Description of Role:

- Lead development teams in implementing AI-powered search, virtual assistant,routing, and engagement systems

- Translate architectural designs into actionable development plans, user stories, and sprint goals

- Ensure adherence to technical standards, coding practices, and compliance requirements

- Drive technical delivery across multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional dependencies

- Make critical technical decisions and resolve complex implementation challenges

- Provide hands-on development support for critical or complex features
