We at Coforge are hiring for echnical Lead / Senior Technical Lead - Python GenAI with the followig skillset.
Job Title: Generative AI Engineer / Lead Band: 4.x / 5.x
Job Summary:
- Coforge is looking for a Gen AI engineer to build both Traditional AI/ML as well as Generative AI and Agent based systems.
- The candidate should be highly skilled in programming & statistics with the ability to confidently assess, analyze, and organize large amounts of data.
Technical Skills: - Hands on experience with building solutions using the language models, machine learning and AI models leveraging industry tools, products, and cognitive services.
- Expertise in writing clean, efficient, and scalable Python code, with strong understanding of asynchronous programming, APIs, and modular design.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGrpah, LlamaIndex, or Haystack, and integrating large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Vertex, Bedrock, Anthropic, Mistral) into real-world applications.
- Ability to design and optimize prompts, build autonomous agents, and orchestrate multi-step reasoning using tools like AutoGen, LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Experience in building and managing agent ecosystems that interact with APIs, databases, and external tools to accomplish goals.
- Experience deploying GenAI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), with familiarity in containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
- Deep and hands-on expertise in undertaking data collection, Data mining, preprocessing and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
- Independently build and demo rapid generative AI demos and solutions with short notices.
- Expertise in completions, embeddings, edits, transcriptions, translations, fine-tunes, and moderations across the several large language models especially those of OpenAI, Bedrock or Vertex

- Bring innovation by coming up ideas, differentiators, and development of tools / accelerators to differentiate us in the market.
