Job Purpose
Responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers for home loan products, leads conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data.
Introduce HL /LAP products, services, and offers.
Explain the features and value propositions clearly.
Lead Generation:
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
Sales and Upselling:
Convince customers to purchase or upgrade products and services.
Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle objections and resolve queries efficiently.
Reporting and Feedback:
Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and challenges.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, scripts, and call guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policy.
Qualification: Graduate , Masters / Postgraduate
