Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers for home loan products, leads conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Core Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

  • Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data.
  • Introduce HL /LAP products, services, and offers.
  • Explain the features and value propositions clearly.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Document interactions and update customer records accurately.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Convince customers to purchase or upgrade products and services.
  • Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Handle objections and resolve queries efficiently.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and challenges.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, scripts, and call guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and data protection policy.

Qualification: Graduate , Masters / Postgraduate
