Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage a network of agents, partners, or distributors.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor performance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in BFSI or Insurance.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics is preferred.
