Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Agency Manager and above role based in Ahmedabad. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, and expanding the customer base. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring agent performance, supporting team members in achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves evaluating market trends to identify business opportunities and contributing to overall growth initiatives.

- Sales Strategy Development and Business Development experience
