This is a full-time, on-site role for an After Sales Service Specialist based in Mumbai. The Specialist will be responsible for managing after-sales customer interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating repair and service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, monitoring service quality, maintaining records, and preparing reports to track performance and improvements.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of product troubleshooting, repair processes, and maintenance components.
• Customer Support: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• Operational Skills: Proficiency in service coordination, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with micro-mobility or automotive products is advantageous. Basic knowledge of using computer systems for data entry and analysis.
• Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Prior experience in after-sales or customer service roles is highly advantageous.
