We are hiring an Affiliate Manager - CPI/CPL/CPA Delivery for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing affiliate campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners, negotiating terms of partnerships, and optimizing campaign performance. The role involves monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales through strategic online marketing initiatives. The candidate will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.

• Experience in Affiliate Management and a strong understanding of CPI, CPL, and CPA delivery models
• Proven expertise in Account Management, including building and maintaining positive relationships with affiliates and partners
• Effective Communication skills to negotiate partnerships and collaborate across teams
• Knowledge of Sales strategies and proficiency in Online Marketing efforts
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the digital marketing industry and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
