Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager located in Noida. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, account management, communication with affiliates, sales, and online marketing strategies to drive affiliate performance and revenue growth.

Job Role:

We are looking for Senior Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager for our CPL / CPI

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage Direct Advertisers & Publishers to ensure steady business.
• Manage existing partnerships, monitor campaign performance, and maintain profitability.
• Understand client requirements, strategize plans, and deliver using the best media mix.
• Establish and manage tracking postbacks / pixels / tagging for accurate campaign KPI measurement.
• Regularly optimize campaigns and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor&aposs Degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the CPL and CPI.
• Basic knowledge of campaign promotions on META and Google.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Hardworking with a drive to prove oneself, a hunger to learn, and a passion to grow.
• Ability to form and maintain good relationships with publishers and affiliate networks.
