Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager Mobile to join our performance marketing team. This role involves recruiting and managing affiliates, optimizing mobile campaigns, and driving user acquisition through affiliate partnerships. You will work closely with advertisers, publishers, and internal teams to meet client KPIs and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, especially for mobile (CPI/CPA/CPL) campaigns.
- Recruit new affiliates and traffic sources (networks, agencies, media buyers, influencers, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize for ROI, conversions, and KPIs.
- Handle day-to-day operations including offer setup, tracking URLs, postback testing, and affiliate communication.
- Identify and resolve issues related to delivery, fraud, and campaign compliance.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights for scaling and optimization.
- Collaborate with the ad operations and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitive landscape in mobile affiliate marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 4 year of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in mobile user acquisition (CPI/CPA).
- Experience with affiliate platforms (Trackier, Affise, Everflow, etc.) and attribution tools (Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Existing publisher/affiliate contacts in domestic or international markets.
- Understanding of anti-fraud tools and quality control measures.
- Experience working with Tier 1 geos and global campaigns.
