Job Description / Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based digital projects
- Own project planning, scope definition, timelines, budgeting, and overall delivery
- Coordinate effectively between business stakeholders, clients, UX, development, and QA teams
- Track and manage delivery of AEM sites, components, templates, workflows, and integrations
- Follow Agile / Scrum methodology including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies proactively
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Project Manager handling AEM projects
- Hands-on exposure to AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and AEM Cloud
- Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum, SDLC, and project governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- Good understanding of UI/UX, CMS, and web technologies
- PMP or Scrum certification
