Role Overview
We're looking for an ambitious Advertising Sales Manager to drive brand and agency partnerships for Flam. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who understands digital advertising, enjoys pitching innovative solutions, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced adtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new brand and agency clients for Flam's creator-led and immersive ad solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across assigned markets
- Pitch Flam's offerings including creator campaigns, immersive 3D ads, branded content, and interactive formats
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closures
- Collaborate closely with campaign operations, creators, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
- Understand advertiser objectives and recommend custom campaign solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
- Track sales performance and consistently work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Stay updated on digital advertising, influencer marketing, and adtech trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, digital sales, or influencer marketing
- Exposure to brand and/or agency sales is mandatory
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hunger to close deals and grow in a target-driven role
- Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-growth environment
- Experience with creator platforms, adtech, or content marketing is a plus
