We are expanding our Performance Marketing team and are looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to drive scalable growth and optimize paid campaigns across global markets.
Role Overview
As an Ads Specialist at Alviras Solutions, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in performance marketing while gaining hands-on experience with real client accounts.
What you'll be doing
· Assist in optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms.
· Support the day-to-day execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, identify inefficiencies, and take data-driven optimization actions.
· Ensure accurate tracking and measurement setup across accounts.
· Support execution of conversion-focused campaigns to drive revenue and ROAS for eCommerce brands.
· Work on campaign structure, audience segmentation, and creative testing across platforms.
· Support A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
· Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, and derive actionable insights. Assist in preparing performance reports with clear, structured insights.
· Stay updated on platform changes, paid media best practices, and emerging trends across the digital advertising ecosystem.
What you'll need
· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and eCommerce/shopping campaigns.
· Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals and performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
· Experience in Meta Ads and Shopping-focused campaigns
· Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center and exposure to TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads is a plus.
· Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution basics.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately across multiple accounts and platforms.
· Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated in a fast-changing paid media environment.
