Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
The role focuses on driving hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, event enquiries, and footfall for both UNO Hotels and RARA Bar & Grill. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to improve performance, maximise ROI, and scale revenue through paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and event enquiries through performance marketing
- Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for high-performing campaigns
- Optimise campaigns for ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per lead/booking
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API)
- Build and scale remarketing and retargeting funnels across platforms
- Run location-based campaigns for UK hospitality markets
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Monitor performance and provide weekly reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
- Identify opportunities for campaign scaling, automation, and performance improvement
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel building
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise for performance
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy and scaling campaigns
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Proven ability to drive leads, bookings, or revenue
- Experience in hospitality or local business marketing preferred
- Familiarity with UK or international markets is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
