About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ads Operations Specialist to manage and optimize Sponsored Ads and Brand Ads on our self-serve advertising platform. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless campaign execution, strong performance delivery, and operational excellence while supporting internal teams and advertisers to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Sponsored Ads and Brand Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage targeting strategies across exact, phrase, branded, and generic audiences.
  • Continuously optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures to improve CTR, CPC, ATC, Orders, ROAS, and other key metrics.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high serve rate and spend utilization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports and insights for internal stakeholders and advertisers.
  • Manage bulk uploads, campaign planners, dashboards, and other operational tools to streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Creative, Category) to align campaign execution with business objectives.
  • Support creative development by reviewing ad copies, visuals, and running A/B tests for performance improvement.
  • Maintain campaign governance, quality checks, and best practices across all advertiser accounts.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in PPC advertising, Ad Operations, or self-serve ad platforms.
  • Solid understanding of keyword targeting, bidding models, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ad management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce advertising environments is preferred.
