About the Role
As a single point of contact for an aspiring cadet from the time they reach out to CAA to the time that they enrol into the Academy, the Executive- Admissions plays a critical, dual role. Firstly, to enable a smooth admissions journey for a cadet - and secondly, to ensure that a high-quality pool of candidates enrol into the Academy.
Key Responsibilies
- Proactively and energetically address multi-channel inbound queries from aspiring cadets & their parents. Ensure that response times meet or exceed specified standards.
- Counsel aspiring pilots on the best-fit course for them, keeping their unique dreams and goals in mind. Guide them on program offerings, application requirements and financial aid options
- Screen aspirants based on qualifying criteria to ensure funnelling down of high quality, passionate future aviators
- Assist cadets with documentation related to all regulatory requirements from DGCA
- Ensure that the complete admissions journey of an aspiring cadet is smooth and hassle free
- Ensure that onboarding documentation is completed in an error free and timely manner
- Collect timely payments from cadets to ensure that their flying training journey progresses unhindered
- Make regular check-ins with their enrolled cadets to make sure that their experience with CAA is top class, resolving and escalating issues wherever needed
- Meticulously follow ZOHO CRM processes and practices throughout the students journey with CAA
- Achieve business targets for batch enrolment as per the Academy's business plan
- Any other additional responsibilities that may come up from time to time
Requirements
Experience
Although 1-3 years of experience in Student Counselling/ Admissions is preferred, freshers who have outstanding communication skills and are passionate about the role can be considered on an exceptional basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and empathy
- High energy levels and attention to detail
- Passion for counselling and communicating with people
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in aviation and/or student counselling would be a plus point

Rs. 5-7 lakhs per annum
