Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will actively engage with prospective learners, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising candidates on program offerings, understanding their educational and career goals, maintaining effective communication with them, and assisting with enrollment procedures. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service with an ability to provide guidance to prospective learners
• Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation and enrollment handling
• Familiarity with the Education domain or admissions processes is preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Experience in a similar role , more than 2 years
