About the Role:
As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. You will play a key role in driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career options.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide information about courses and admission procedures.
- Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate student databases and track all interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Assist students with documentation, form-filling, and fee payment processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in counseling, EdTech, or education sales is an added advantage.
