Admissions Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application process, handling inquiries, explaining course offerings, and assisting students in making informed decisions. Additional responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, ensuring a strong pipeline of applicants, and providing excellent support and customer service to potential candidates and their families. Collaboration with the admissions and marketing teams is key to achieving enrollment goals.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and providing a positive experience for prospective students
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to meet enrollment targets effectively
• Understanding of the Education sector and familiarity with academic admissions processes
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Highly motivated, proactive, and well-organized with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in student recruitment or counseling is a plus
