Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about programs and services, and answer inquiries with professionalism and care. Responsibilities include evaluating applications, conducting interviews, assisting with enrollment procedures, and fostering strong relationships with students and their families to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and verbal Communication skills
• 1-2 years of educational counseling experience within high ticket size courses
• Customer Service experience to provide high-quality support and address applicant questions effectively
• Sales expertise to drive enrollment and meet admissions targets
• Understanding of the Education sector and adaptability to address diverse student needs
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing the application review process
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required
• Proficiency with relevant software systems (e.g., CRM tools) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study
