Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Commission Sales Associate. The role includes engaging with prospective customers, promoting Yuvakart's products, and driving sales through online and offline channels. Responsibilities involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and maximizing sales opportunities. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role will also include tracking sales performance, identifying potential growth areas, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to implement strategies.

• Sales and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and address client needs effectively.
• Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, market trends, and strategies for product promotion and positioning.
• Self-motivation and Target-Oriented: A results-driven attitude with the capability to meet or exceed sales targets independently.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills to address challenges and offer creative solutions.
• Additional Preferences: Experience in retail or e-commerce is advantageous. A background or interest in lifestyle, culture, or spirituality is a plus.
