Admissions Counselor

We are looking for following:

Designation: Admission Counsellor

Location: Station Road, Thane West

Training of: Foreign languages

CTC:30K- 38K (depending on experience) + incentives up to 10K

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about programs and courses

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing

Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling

Explain course curriculum, fee structure, career prospects, and enrollment process

Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless onboarding

Address student queries before and after enrolment

Working Days: 6 days a week from 10 to 6:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday working. Weekly off between Monday to Thursday
