Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will assist students in their college and career planning by providing guidance and support. Key responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, advising on academic options, answering questions about colleges and courses, assisting with admissions processes, and maintaining contact with prospective students to foster relationships. The role requires consistent communication with students and families to ensure they are informed and supported throughout their decision-making journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills to connect effectively with students and their families
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address student inquiries with a high standard of professionalism
• Experience or knowledge in Sales to help guide students through admissions processes persuasively and effectively
• Background or familiarity with Education-related fields is recommended
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a student-centric approach
• Proficiency in local languages and cultural knowledge of the region is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field is preferred
