Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students in choosing the right courses, provide detailed information about training programs, assist with admissions processes, and ensure smooth onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations to assess students educational needs, and maintaining a strong relationship with students throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Strong aptitude for Customer Service and ability to engage with potential clients positively
• Experience in Sales and Educational services with a focus on meeting targets and providing guidance
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using technology and tools to manage admissions and communications efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role is an advantage
