Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales || South Delhi || Experience (0-3 Yrs)
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Admission Counsellors – Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students, driving enrolments, and contributing to overall business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Counsel students regarding UG & PG Entrance Exam Preparation Programs
Connect with prospective students through outbound calls on assigned leads
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs
Drive admissions by effectively converting leads into enrolments
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM portal
Track, manage, and nurture leads effectively using CRM tools
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Freshers are welcome to apply
0–4 years of experience in Sales / Tele calling / Inside Sales preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Job Details
Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi (Work From Office)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Working)
Weekly Off: 1 Weekday
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
