Responsibilities
- Calling and Following up on enquiries and leads.
- Maintaining and updating the lead data.
- Speaking with the prospective parents and Inspiring them to visit the School.
- Achieve the monthly assigned target of student admission.
- Taking visiting parents on School Tour.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the schools being represented, curriculums, parent preferences, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Previous experience as an academic counsellor or in the education field
- Multilingual candidates have a plus point
- Proficiency in basic computers and CRM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
