Job Description

Experience: Zero to 2 Years in Sales Voice Processing

Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening

- Good computer skills, exposure to CRM, Dialer.

Job Responsibilities: - Take incoming calls using the Company and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value propositions for the Company.

- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.

- Pre-qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests, etc.

- Present information to the lead about the Company, and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system.

- Schedule and make follow-up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit centres for admissions.

- Do the follow-up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited center.

- Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages

- Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows.
