Required Skills & Qualifications

•      Strong knowledge of the international higher education landscape across major study destinations.

•      Familiarity with university admission processes, academic grading equivalencies, and intake cycles.

•      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.

•      Empathetic, student-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple students simultaneously.

•      Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and document management platforms.

•      Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in documentation and deadline management.

University Relations & Business Development

•      Build and maintain partnerships with international universities, education agents, and recruitment teams.

•      Attend university fairs, webinars, and training sessions to stay updated on programme offerings and admission requirements.

•      Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets set by the management.

•      Participate in outreach activities including school and college visits, education fairs, and online webinars.

•Maintain contact with students post-enrolment to support their transition and gather feedback

Preferred Qualifications

•      Prior experience in overseas education counselling, study abroad consulting, or university admissions.
