This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students in understanding and enrolling in distance learning programs offered by top universities. Key responsibilities include providing thorough guidance to applicants, addressing inquiries, building strong relationships with potential students, and supporting them throughout the admissions process. The role also involves contributing to enrollments through consultative and customer-focused approaches.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and address inquiries
• Customer Service and relationship-building skills to maintain a positive and professional interaction with students
• Sales experience and skills to promote programs, maintain leads, and assist in enrollment processes
• Understanding of the Education industry, including distance learning programs and university admission procedures
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required; prior counseling or education-related experience is a plus
