Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing information about the school, and addressing inquiries promptly. Responsibilities include managing admissions inquiries, conducting tours, maintaining accurate records, and supporting enrollment decisions. The role requires frequent interaction with parents, prospective students, and internal teams to ensure an engaging and seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills, ensuring the ability to connect effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
• Proficiency in customer service and the capability to address questions or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Experience or aptitude in sales to effectively promote the school's programs and admissions process.
• A background or strong interest in education, with an understanding of academic environments and processes.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using computer-based tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
