Admissions Counselor

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at our Noida location. The Admissions Counselor will engage directly with prospective students to guide and support them through the admissions process. Responsibilities will include counseling students to identify the best educational programs based on their needs, assisting with enrollment procedures, addressing inquiries about courses, and maintaining a clear understanding of academic offerings. The role requires collaboration with various teams to achieve enrollment goals and ensure a seamless admission experience for students.

• Skills in counseling, communication, and relationship building to effectively assist prospective students.
• Ability to manage enrollment workflows, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and other administrative software.
• A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Preferred experience in EdTech, education counseling, or related fields.
• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
