Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, provide information about the institution's programs, and guide them through the admissions process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, maintaining excellent customer relations, supporting prospective learners in making informed decisions, and contributing to enrollment targets through effective communication and counseling.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to build trust and effectively engage with prospective students
- Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver an excellent experience and drive admissions success
- Knowledge of the Education industry and the ability to advise students on academic and career programs
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is advantageous)
