Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, based in New Delhi. The Customer Success Executive will work closely with parents and schools to ensure excellent client experiences. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, managing accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting schools with admission-related processes. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback for process improvement and building strong relationships to improve customer retention.
