Role: Academic Counsellor (Sales)
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 66) – On-site
CTC: Up to 3.6 LPA
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding students, understanding their needs, and driving admissions through effective counselling and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and programs
• Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert them into admissions
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission process
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
• Proven sales experience (EdTech preferred)
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Confident with excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented
• Immediate joiners preferred
