Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about programs, advise on enrollment suitability, and offer outstanding customer service. The role includes conducting assessments, supporting sales efforts, and liaising with students to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to application completion.

Qualifications

• Sales acumen to drive enrollments and effectively communicate the value of training programs.
• Ability to work in a target based environment.
• Prior experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or sales is a must.
• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of students and stakeholders.
• Proven ability in customer service to address queries, resolve concerns, and enhance student satisfaction.
• Understanding of the education sector with the ability to advise students on educational and career pathways.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
