Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at our Noida location. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, provide detailed information on available courses, and answer any queries. Additional responsibilities include conducting consultations, supporting students in completing admission formalities, engaging in outreach activities to promote programs, and maintaining relationships with prospective and current students, emphasizing excellent customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage and connect effectively with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive relationships with students.
• Sales skills to guide potential students through the enrollment process and promote courses effectively.
• Understanding of Education and skill development programs, with an ability to convey their value in line with organizational goals.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of meeting targets and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
