Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Bangalore Urban district. As an Admissions Counselor, you will interact with prospective students to guide them through the enrollment process, providing detailed information on our programs and addressing their inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships, motivating students to pursue their education goals, and meeting enrollment targets through consultative sales approaches. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage with prospective students and stakeholders effectively.
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales to guide and support prospective students in their decision-making process.
• Experience or passion for the Education sector, with a focus on counseling and student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and experience in data-driven outreach is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and additional familiarity with local languages is considered an advantage.
