This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Mumbai. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students by providing detailed program information, guiding them through the admissions process, and addressing inquiries promptly. Responsibilities include building strong relationships through effective communication, assessing candidate needs, and presenting applicable educational offerings. The counselor will also contribute to enrollment goals through effective consultation, customer engagement, and collaboration with educational institutions.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
• Customer Service and Sales experience, with a focus on building connections and achieving enrollment goals
• Knowledge of the education industry, higher education programs, and trends in professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Passion for mentoring and guiding individuals to achieve their educational and career goals
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in admissions counseling or a related field is preferred
