Primary title: Admissions Counselor
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound student inquiries to qualify leads and convert prospects through consultative counselling.
- Conduct needs assessments, explain programme fit, curriculum, fees, and admission steps to prospective students and guardians.
- Maintain and update applicant records in CRM; track pipeline stages and follow-up activities to meet weekly conversion targets.
- Coordinate application submission, document verification, interview scheduling, and admissions follow-up with academic teams.
- Handle objections professionally, provide clear next steps, and close enrollments while ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to feedback lead quality, improve messaging, and support recruitment events and campus visits.
